Job Title: Financial Specialist

Reports to: Head of Finance & Accounting Department

We are looking for a Financial Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team and manage daily financial operations in compliance with legal and organizational standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for managing accounting functions, including audits, bank reconciliations, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
·       Maintain accurate records of all daily financial transactions.
·       Prepare and manage balance sheets.
·       Process invoices and record accounts payable and receivable.
·       Update internal systems with up-to-date financial data.
·       Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and submitting them to the management for any reviews.
·       Reconcile bank statements and monitor deposits and payments.
·       Participate in financial audits and assist in the preparation of budgets. ·       Implement and review financial policies to ensure regulatory compliance. ·       Perform comprehensive financial data analysis to inform and enhance decision-making.
·       Create financial plans and budgets aligned with company strategies.
·       Monitor financial performance and evaluating variances from the budget.·       Provide investment guidance and managing assets suggestions.
·       Leverage modern technology to identify opportunities for enhancing financial processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:
·       Demonstrated experience for at least 2-4 years in Finance or a similar role.
·       Strong knowledge of financial and accounting processes.
·       Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
·       Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
·       Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
·       Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
·       High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
·       Extensive expertise in financial technologies and financial management software. Exceptional proficiency in the English language.
