The Tour Operator Specialist plays a key role in facilitating travel operations for international tourists visiting Albania and Albanian travelers exploring destinations abroad. This position involves organizing and coordinating tourism services, ensuring seamless daily operations, collaborating with partners, and supporting the sales and reservations teams to optimize efficiency and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning and coordination of inbound and outbound tourism services.
2. Work closely with local and international partners to secure competitive deals and enhance tourism offerings.
3. Manage reservations, ensuring all services are confirmed and meet customer expectations.
4. Monitor daily operations to maintain service quality and efficiency.
5. Provide the sales team with up-to-date information on tourism products and available packages.
6. Track and assess the performance of tourist packages, proposing improvements when needed.
7. Contribute to the creation of promotional and marketing materials for tourism products.
8. Ensure compliance with local and international tourism regulations and quality standards.
9. Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine and enhance service offerings.
10. Utilize technological tools and booking systems to streamline operations and optimize efficiency.
11. Generate reports on operational activities and support performance evaluations.
12. Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
