Description
Each of our film and television production courses will consist of approximately 21 hours of theoretical lessons, plus practical experience days, which may involve several hours of hands-on training. An individual may only sign up for one course at a time and must be willing to commit to attending all the sessions, experiences, and events.
The Sound Recordist or Boom Operator ensure that good quality sound is recorded to accompany the picture, the video recorded by the cameras. This course will introduce students to working on a film set, and teach the basics of how to use different microphones and techniques to record good quality sound for film, television, and commercials.
Women and returnees are especially encouraged to apply. These courses will be taught in English. Instructor: Terena Cardwell, Production Manager, with guest instruction by Producer/Director Andy Deliana and Albanian and American film and media professionals.
