ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : •Planning to live and work in Albania.
- Born in the district of Elbasan, between 1998-2003.
What will we be looking for in the applications?- Social sensibility, leadership skills, and a strong Why? to motivate the How?
- Insight and analysis on the industry where the project will be implemented.
- Clear monetization of the product, with accurate estimates regarding costs
- Tools and methods to measure the impact of the startup on the local economy and community
What “tools” will we provide to the finalists?- Visionary ideas for products or activities that have actual utility and comply with the technological development
- Envision your product and the social instances it can be applied on.
- Fund management and risk evaluation
- Organizing your team, compartmentalizing responsibilities, task management platformsSkills to build and implement a marketing plan.
- Implementation of technology, with the goal of making the process more efficient.

April 16th – Project presentation day.
Finalists will be announced on this same day!
The presentation will be open to any
representatives from the community and
will be flexible enough to be implemented
online or in-person.
Up to June 1st – The finalists will go through
a process of training, data analysis,
Experimentation, and evaluation.
June 1st final proposals will be evaluated by a
team of specialists from a specialist panel.
