Elite Academy is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Head to spearhead the establishment and management of our cutting-edge Training Center. As the Head of Elite Academy Training Center, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Center's operations, including strategic planning, resource management, and maintaining a high standard of excellence.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work closely with the local staff and external entities to ensure the successful implementation of our vision and policies.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Leadership and Operational Management:
Overseeing the establishment of the Training Center from the ground up, including managing office space fit-out, registration, and licensing formalities
Aligning the Training Center's activities with the company's vision, values, and strategy
Creating and implementing a comprehensive business plan to foster the growth and excellence of the Center
Developing an annual training plan, defining the curriculum, and identifying training personnel
Ensuring the efficient allocation and utilization of resources
Project Planning and Management:
Developing a comprehensive training catalog and forging strategic partnerships with external parties
Ensuring the effective delivery of training programs and consistently exceeding client expectations
Managing project timelines, resources, and quality assurance processes
Human Resources Planning and Management:
Hiring and supervising training instructors
Determining staffing requirements for program delivery
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures within the Training Center
Financial Planning and Management:
Collaborating with management to create a comprehensive budget and ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures
External Relations:
Building and maintaining relationships with training participants, institutions, and government bodies
Elevating the Training Center's profile through industry representation and marketing initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:
A Bachelor of Science, Master’s Degree, or MBA (a distinct advantage)
Prior experience in an education/training environment
Proven expertise in setting up and managing a training center.
At least 2 years of experience in people management
Knowledge of engineering/technical training is highly valued.
Advanced project management and organizational skills
Willingness to travel as required.
Strong marketing and public relations experience, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
