Job Summary:
The Head of Human Resources Department is responsible for leading the company's human resources function and implementing HR strategies that support the company's mission, vision, and values. This role oversees all HR operations, including recruitment and retention, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Head of HR Department works closely with other departments to ensure the company has the necessary human resources to achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's mission, vision, and values.
Manage and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment and retention, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, including coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure the HR function is aligned with the needs of the business.
Develop and oversee the HR budget and ensure the efficient use of resources.
Represent the company in external HR-related matters, such as industry associations, conferences, and other professional events.
Ensure that HR metrics are tracked and reported to provide insight and drive continuous improvement.
Implementation of all above HR work streamline into the organization ERP hi-tech solution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
At least 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Experience developing and implementing HR strategies that support the business.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the HR team and other stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in a hospitality and industry is a plus.
